Downgrade: moan-a-minute

Now, how has this happened?
I updated my iPhone with what I thought would be 'up' graded software only to find that the photos I take are now so low-res that I can't use them on my blog.
How useless is that? I used to be able to take a pic, email it to myself, and post it without faffing about with the iPhoto software.
I am not amused, Apple.
Grrr!

Helen! Everytime I update the software on my Iphone it seems to get worse and worse. Apple probably know my contract is up soon and will probably send an update soon to destroy it. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

My son gave up on his iphone when his contract expired, and switched to an android. I think he just found anything apple a big faff!!

When I was a lad Apples went into pies and Androids were sort of human robot things they had on Dr Who.

I feel really sorry for anyone awakening from a 20 year coma (well, obviously not, but you know what I mean)

If you send directly from the camera app it doesn't give you size options.

If you send from the "Photos" app, it gives you a size option when you press "Send" so you can pick the best resolution.

Gosh, I seem to have started a conversation here... suffice to say that I am tempted to ditch the iPhone, which gives me choices of photo size to email, none of which are high enough resolution to use on the blog, when they used to be. So it's literally downgraded!
I used to take a pic, email it to myself, and have a high-res photo to post, but not any more. Thank you for your comments!
